Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.

We offer shipping via Jamaica Post based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
